CAP – Der Becher-Blindniet GESIPA CAP - Von Natur aus luft- und wasserdicht. Der Aufbau

Aus technischen Gründen muss der Nietdorn des

CAP - Blindnietes im Hohlniet fixiert sein.

Dadurch kann sich der Nietkörper während des Setzvorganges

allerdings nur wenig verformen. Als Konsequenz daraus,

besitzt ein Becher-Blindniet nur marginale Lochleibungseigenschaften.

Diese sind jedoch erforderlich, um größere Bohrlochtoleranzen ausgleichen zu können. Mit Sorgfalt zur dichten Verbindung:

Wird der GESIPA CAP-Blindniet sorgfältig verarbeitet, bietet er die Basis

für eine zuverlässige „dichte“ Verbindung.

Die technischen Gegebenheiten machen eine sehr sorg-fältige Vorbereitung

in der Applikation unerlässlich. Der Bohrloch-Durchmesser sollte so knapp

wie möglich bemessen sein, um eine einwandfreie Funktion in der Anwendung

über einen langfristigen Zeitraum zu gewährleisten.
